Conversion/Remodelling

The “bread & butter” work of the practice is Conversion and Remodelling, the Directors having in excess of 15 years experience primarily in the RSL & Ecclesiastical sectors of the market. IGL are able to provide a “one stop” service to Clients Commissioning Conversion or Remodelling schemes including Design, Contract Administration and Cost Control. We can also supplement these services with CDM Co-ordinator & Party Wall Surveyor provided by experienced professionals in these fields.

IGL operates a team structure whereby Client instructions are handled by a director assisted by a junior surveyor with CAD technicians providing design support. In addition to the “in house” developed Schedules and Specifications, IGL supplement management of Client schemes using the in house designed Contract Administration package, enabling the provision of excellent cost control of projects.

IGL have over the years formed strategic working partnerships with Clients, Contractors, Specialists and Suppliers enabling them to embrace the new environment of partnership working with relative case. IGL constantly benchmark our performance against our competitors to ensure that service levels are meeting Client expectations.
