Brent Gaskell, MCIOB, MASI, Chartered Builder

Originally from Wigan, now living in Adlington, Macclesfield, Brent started work as a bricklayer with the Allen Group in Wigan. After various promotions Brent joined Simon Engineering as Group Building Surveyor. After a couple of years there, Brent moved on to Hogbens, Manchester. Brent has over 22 years experience in private practice with 13 years previously in construction.

Within IGL Brent specialises in Design and Contract Administration, Project Management and Employers Agent Services. He has 15 years experience in the delivery of these services, primarily in the RSL sector with major re-modelling and conversion schemes being his particular expertise.

Brent is married to Karen (also from Wigan) and in his spare time, when not working on his house, Brent can usually be found on the “Cat and Fiddle” and surrounding country roads exploring his passion for sports cars driving his TVR Griffith 500. Brent keeps fit by swimming twice a week together with the odd game of golf.
